NCP Services was formed in Spring 2007 by the demerger of National Car Parks into two separate business, to form an off street car parking business, NCP, and a services business specialising in transport and related services, including parking enforcement, bus and coach operations, city centre CCTV monitoring, back office processing and debt recovery.
NCP Services is the UK market leader in on street enforcement, running contracts on behalf of more than 50 local authorities and two national Government organisations – the DVLA and the Northern Ireland Roads Service.
