As one the largest employers of migrant workers in the UK, NCP Services has huge expertise in ensuring non-UK nationals have the right to work here.
With new legislation putting more emphasis on employers to ensure that they have robust systems in place – and with tougher punishments for directors and managers who get it wrong – document checking has never been more important.
NCP services has pioneered a state of the art approach using the very latest document checking systems, designed to keep pace with the challenges faced by employers when hiring migrant workers. The system we use, developed by Keesing, is the state-of-the-art and NCP Services is the first UK commercial organisation licensed to use it. It has very rapidly become an integral backup to the skills our Recruitment and PSU staff have developed in this area.
NCP Services is a member of the Home Office Illegal Working Stakeholder Group chaired by Phil Woolas MP, Minister of State at the Home Office. This high-profile working group, provides a forum for the sharing of best-practice with other employers and advises the Home Office on immigration policies and procedures and measures to limit and prevent illegal working.
We are one of just a handful of private sector organisations on this group, and the only one from the outsourced services sector.
Our document checking service will assist private and public clients to ensure their recruitment is in line with Home Office requirements.
